Ahahahahaaaa. Remember this, did you? I stopped doing the higher-finish boards (I have the whole thing worked out, but it’s even rougher than this and totally not for public consumption!) for this temporarily because I felt like it was way too violent and not camp enough to suit the image that you guys have worked to build.
I mean, at different points during the’ jailbreak’ you get smashed in the face with ampules of holy water and that leads you to ripping a bar out of the wall, breaking it, and start massacring guards with ‘em mercilessly. Bobby’s legs get shot off and there’s a reknitting scene where he re-attaches ‘em, Jimmy get’s steak’d and pulls it out’ve his chest, and your dad rips the arms off of guards amongst other things.
That’s another thing - there were so many things I wanted to do! Haha, I was just having to cut things out of it left and right in the interest of time.
But yes, I intend to make some changes and finish it - at least in animatic form!
Oh, and if you’re curious, I also had quick character design sketches and colour palette pitchboards of different scenes that weren’t included in this video!
